Hi my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a Greek feta cheese and tomato salad. Alright being in New York City and this being a Greek neighborhood I'm able to get Greek feta cheese that is I mean just amazing I mean you have to see it. Hopefully you can get this to there are feta cheeses you can buy in a can it is not going to be as good probably not. So you can get something fresh that is going to be amazing. So you come home after a few hours you see our salad is fused all those flavors are just amazing I mean basically you just come to the dinner table open this up right before you set your table you just want to put this out. I pretty much this is a whole pound of feta I'm going to break it just into crumbs big nice pieces. You can hear my dog Gracie she is ready to eat she is hungry she knows how good this stuff is.
