Royal Ballet - Thiago soares and friends interview - With subtitles

Hi Ana! I'm here at the Municipal Theatre I'm in the preparations for my show and wanted you to check it out. I hope you like it! I had contact with the dance at the age 11 and I started to take classes and be part of a group of Street Dance. I had never seen any show of Ballet and the choreographer of this group thought I had much talent and that I could become a classical dancer. He thought I had the correct biotype, long neck, the appropriate physical and he offered me. He spoke: Would you like to go, who knows if you improve? And I decided to go see the dance and began to dance the Classic Ballet at 15 years! I began to fall in love and they increasingly believed that I had more talent than I even thought and so on the dance was taking me more than I take the dance. In 2001 was when I won the medal in Moscow, gold medal at the International Dance of Moscow and after that was when my range of opportunities really opened a lot of work and the opportunity to go to the Royal Ballet. Despite already being a principal dancer they gave me a low Contract, and I decided to take two steps back, then give you five now on I Thank God 'cause I achieved the highest position in the company. This had a different taste, you know! When you go through the all steps I learned to give value to other fellows that do another leading role I learned a little bit how a Co. works and not always be the star and not always be the star of being the leading role of being the prince, of being the good guy. During the year I do more or less than 90 plays and the most that I can do is come to Brazil! The show has a form of a gala of ballet, right! Then I thought about bringing other first ballet dancers and soloists from different Cos. as Stuttgart Ballet, English National Ballet and a vast repertoire, a little bit from every corner of the world, in choreography and dancers. Marianela Nunez is my official partner in the royal ballet and commitments that we made by the outside world which is also the first dancer of the Royal Ballet and my bride as well! She's a ballerina who is very important in Europe. Nothing better than receiving applauses beside the people you love! It's really exciting for me, to be back in the theater where it took me to the stage of the world and bring my own show! I never expected from my child, that little child that I knew becomes this pretty famous dancer I'm very grateful for everything, to god and all who support him since he was kid!
