Hi. My name is Sheena McLeod from Kitchen Connoisseur. And today on behalf of Expert
Village, were going to prepare a traditional Moroccan dish known as beef and acorn squash
tagine. Now were going to take the tagine out of the oven and add the acorn squash to
it. What I try to do is evenly space it across the meat. I do not toss it in; I just let
it sit on top so it has that layered affect. Now were going to put the lid back on the
tagine. We will put it back in the oven at the same temperature for about 20 minutes.
