Today we're going to be making a chicken dish. We're going to be making chicken cacciatore.
And, that's going to, we're going to saute our chicken, we're going to season with salt
and pepper, then we're going to saute in oil, and then we're going to make our sauce. We're
going to be taking some tomato paste, some red wine, some red and green bell peppers,
slicing those, putting them in, and then removing our chicken, letting the sauce cook down,
and then adding the chicken at the end. With this, or around this dish, we're going to
be making a vegetable piau. So, we are going to be taking some zucchini, and some asparagus,
and some broccoli, and we're going to be cooking that with some vegetable stock and some rice.
We're also going to be adding a tomato, some red and green bell peppers, and an onion,
and we're going to be mixing that with some Worcestershire, and some garlic. And we're
going to cook that all up, reduce it, and then we're going to put it into a baking dish,
and we're going to cook that for about thirty minutes in the oven.
