My husband and I joined Direct Buy Phoenix in 2006. We actually just bought our first house, so we both just moved out of our parents' house. We had nothing. We bought a mattress. We bought living room furniture. We bought a big screen TV; just the things that we didn't have leaving our parents' house. We actually just bought our second house, and we have a child. We got all of our baby furniture through Direct Buy Peoria. We got the bedding, the decorative pieces through Direct Buy. We just bought our house, so the house still needs a little bit of work. We're eventually going to do our kitchen.We got our blinds through Direct Buy. We got a water softener through Direct Buy Phoenix West. We've got little things here and there, more like decorator pieces. We use Direct Buy a lot. We use the batteries. We actually got our cable through Direct Buy. We got our Direct TV through Direct Buyof Phoenix West. We saved a lot on our water softener. That was one of the big savings and then our living room furniture. We went over to the retail store, and they gave us a price. We were like, "Oh, we can't afford that. We can't get that." Once we came in, we were pretty young when we joined. We were only 20. We came here, and we saw the same couch, but you can actually pick your own fabric instead of the retail store was you can only get that one couch in that color. We, of course, joined Direct Buy and love it since. We got a lot of buying left. We're fairly young. We actually just were able to talk it with our friends, because they just bought a house, and they just joined Direct Buy, as well. Everybody here is very friendly. I've got to know the staff really well, so they're always here to help you. They're always here to help you pick out things. If you don't know where something is, they're always like, "Oh, it's right around here. Top shelf." They just go get the books for you or even just look up the prices for you, because that's all they want to do is just help you. I always tell people everywhere I go. If I'm in a store and looking around and stuff, and people are shopping, or they ask me. We get in a conversation, "Why are you here? What are you looking for?" I always tell them to go to Direct Buy, because there's so much savings on just the little things. Especially, batteries and the small things that people don't realize that you're spending a lot of markup on. Anybody, I tell them that it's just definitely worth it, even though you have to pay a membership fee. You're going to save it in the long run, especially all my friends that are young. We have a lot of buying time left. You're going to be buying for the rest of your life on anything and everything. I always tell them to go to Direct Buy or check it out.
