This is Gary.
Gary's going to help us understand the fourth most common rejection reason from
EzineArticles.com: Keyword Abuse.
Let's imagine keywords and keyphrases are like cake.
Now Gary really likes cake.
He likes cake so much that he could eat it all day everyday.
In fact, he doesn't want to eat anything else but cake.
But when Gary eats too much cake, he feels the negative effects.
Now eating cake is kind
of like using keywords or phrases in your article.
Just a little can be pretty sweet, but too many will lead to negative effects.
Such as your article won't read naturally.
It'll sound spammy and lead to a negative user experience.
In fact, if you use too many keywords or phrases, your well-written article will turn
into "article vomit", which is NOT an effective marketing tool.
So how can you have your cake and eat it too?
That's simple; only use one keyword or keyphrase per every100 words.
And Gary suggests that you don't to write for search engine optimization either.
Instead, he says, write to give your expert advice to your ideal client.
And keep your article benefit oriented to the reader.
Think of your article as a party, and the keyphrases are the cake that brings people in.
But too much cake will ruin your party.
Gary wouldn't you agree? Gary?
Since Gary isn't feeling so well,
why don't you go write and submit some quality original
articles with the perfect amount of keywords.
Gary do you want me to hold your hair back?
