Forgotten Pin

If you know your current PIN and want to change it, either call 1-800-TO-WELLS (1-800-869-3557) or visit any Wells Fargo ATM and select either "More Choices" or "Other" from the main menu. Then follow the prompts to change your PIN. To protect your account, please update your PIN every six months If you have received a replacement card because your card was lost or stolen, you can continue to use the same PIN.
