Time for today's style, how to dress for winter without all that bulk. Whether you love to
layer or have packed on a few pounds, style expert for online search engine "The Find",
Alison Deyette is the solution. So what are we wearing?
Well you have a fabulous Ann Taylor coat with sophisticated faux fur on the arms. Hoda you
have a shortened faux fur shearling from Ann Taylor! The whole point is belting at the
waist. It defines the shape so you don't feel like you're carrying the extra pounds. Jill
is the first one and this is all about looking for that modern coat, one with great details,
very classic. This one is from Lord and Taylor, again cinching at the waist, made from Angora
wool and costing 124 dollars. It is very affordable, coats can cost upwards of 1000 dollars and
you want to know that you're getting your money's worth! Next is Gina, this is a great
green hunter coat, a thin puffer so it will keep you warm and is at TJ Maxx for 64.99.
You don't look like the Michelin man, cinch at the waist and she has on great jeans from
Uniqlo that are heat tech jeans. Heat tech keep you warm during the winter and those
idea boots for the weather we just had. Carrie Ann, we love all these wraps but we don't
know how to wear them, I say belt it at the waist and think a little Cher here. That is
called an infinity scarf so there is no end to it, there is no fringe and you can wrap
it multiple times, it's a little more stylized. Those boots are from Espirit and I love that
you can wear them over the knee or pull them down for the faux shearling. Very cool pants
from Target, very sporty. Our next model shows how to wear multiple layers but still look
slender. First shirt is a "Skinny Shirt" because it has a little spandex in it and stretches
and hugs the body to make it more slimming. Next two layers should be thinner layers.
Next is Chelsea with a faux fur best, I love it because you can wear it indoor or out.
