So it is well before dawn. My kids are still asleep. I’m hoping they stay asleep. But
I am really excited to do this workout. Today is day eleven, “INSANITY ASYLUM: Game Day.”
I have not done game day before. This is a new... my first time doin’ this one. And
I’m very excited about it because I’ve heard so much stuff about it on facebook.
So I’m excited to do this one and I have my “Results & Recovery Formula” ready
to go. I’ll be drinking that as I go through this.
And a thing that you might need to know about me... umm, ‘bout a year ago I started pushing
my comfort zone. I started doing things that were on the other side of my comfort zone.
I started really little, but I was consistent and this year, 2011, my goal is to try as
many new things as I can. So every time I’m put in front of an opportunity to do something
I haven’t done, instead of saying, “No,” I say, “Sure!” So this in that category.
Let’s see how it goes!
You get through a short warm up into a 6-minute mile, thank heavens for my Results & Recovery.
I’m gonna use it today.
So I just did Insanity Asylum Game Day, my 3 year old is on to his Wii Bowling, so we
are both gettin’ our workout in today. Umm, GameDay was a blast. I cannot wait to do again
now that I have done it once and I know kinda what I’m doing. I’m so excited. There
were: soccer, tennis, baseball, football, rock climbing, swimming... pick a sport and
it was in that workout. So let me encourage you to check it out especially if you’re
an athlete.
If you’re an athlete that’s just lookin’ to get a little bit better at somethin’
check out ASYLUM. Fantastic program. Probably right up your alley. I -- a lot of people
aren’t fans of working out just for the sake of workin’ out. And I do not get that
feeling from this program at all. I think that these are very real-to-life muscle groups
that you’re workin’ and puttin’ stuff together.
So anyway please leave me your comments and your feedback.
I hope you have a great day and I will see you soon.
