I had drywall holes of various sizes, dings and even the bedding tape coming up in one corner. \ \ I try to show how to prep several types of drywall holes and even show how I use a piece of trim wood to support the back and screw in a new piece of drywall on medium to larger holes. I use 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" coarse thread drywall screws for everything. \ \ I used light weight all-purpose drywall compound. The down side to the lightweight stuff is that it shrinks as it dries and you have to keep layering until it builds up to the level you need.
