Test Porsche Macan S 2016

Hello, my friends! Welcome! Today, we are going to test a very special car: first, I will show you the key! Do you recognize it? Yeah, itís a Porsche! But, what type? First of all, the driving position: it has obviously a sporty feature. The seat can be adjusted very down, exactly like to a Porsche 911. Even if, itís a compact SUV and the driving position is usually higher. But, no! Porsche wants to remember us his sporty DNA even in this Porsche Macan, which has a diesel engine of 3 liters V6. Letís talk about the engine! There arenít many fans of diesel engines when it comes about to performance. But, this engine as Iíve said has 258 HP with this 7 speed gearbox, dual-clutch transmission. Now, we are in the comfort mode: the suspension is also in the comfort mode. We have pneumatic suspension, which is very comfortable now. We will drive very relaxed! But, letís push some buttons! Here, the sport button! As soon as I pressed it, the speed increased even though I didnít press the throttle! And now, we put the suspension in the sport mode and we move the gear lever in the Manual mode. Now, we can use the flaps to change speed. And, oh my God, what an experience! Because these flaps are made from a stainless steel which feels very good, inviting you to drive as sporty as possible. Ok, now we have the Sport mode. We are changing the speed using the flaps. Letís see the curve position. OkÖIíve heard the turbineÖhow it seatsÖOk, letís stop because we are doing itís already illegal! Letís talk about the buttons on the center console. We have the Sport button (we already know it), that one which sets the suspension, the hardness of the suspension. Here, itís the button which lowers the ground clearance and ESP off. On the other side, we have Start-Stop off, Lane Assist and the Off Road Button. In this mode, the suspension of the car is raised and an electronic gears starts to help the car in these conditions. Seat heat and up hereÖcontrols for air conditioning. Now, letís talk about the Infotainment system. Now, we are in Maps option. The miss just told us that the navigation isnít activated. Here, we can introduce a new address. Here, we have controls also for the phone and if we pressÖphone not available. Why? Because our car hasnít the extra option: Bluetooth. Media tab: here, we can select the different inputs, like Auxiliary 3.5, Jukebox (the carís hard), Cd and Radio: AM, FM. We can go to the radio very quick, pressing Tunner. Also, from the Sound tab we can control the different types of settings of the audio system. (Our audio system is Bose, which is an extra option). Still here, at Car tab we can see different information about the car and our last journeys. And we have an Option tab, which can be used to every menu. (navigation options, maps options etc.). Itís a very easy system and we have also touchscreen! Now, letís see the back seats! Well, here we have plenty of space: to the feet, to the head...itís plenty of space! But, this is a seat for 3 people and the third person, who will seat in the middle, will have to stay with one foot on a side and the other on the other side. Isnít very comfortable, especially on long road, but you will be in a Porsche! Now, letís talk about practicability. The trunk, that opens here Öas you can see, it is quite roomy, having 500 liters. But, we have an interesting function: here it is a button which lowers and raises the back of the car to help you to charge heavier objects. The trunk closes very simply, pushing a button. We have the key, we push the brake pedal and in the left side, we have the key. Now, the car started! You can see the dials (that big tachometer from the middle) which are very clears. We put the car in the Drive mode and we drive! Now, we are in the Standard mode, but we can enter to the Sport mode. We push this button, the speed has already risen. We put the suspension in Sport and Öletís open the hatch. Now, letís play with the Macan on this road! Well, my friends, the fun with Macan S finished. Now, that we arrive at the end of the review, let me tell you the price. Our car, with pneumatic suspension, the nonsmoking package and all the options costs 89000 euros.90000 euros! I think itís a fair price for this car. And if you want to buy this car, donít be stingy and buy the pneumatic suspension option. Because the air suspension is incredibly confortable in the city and when you put it in the Sport mode, it serves you as you want even if itís a big car.
