Hello. My name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to
be learning how to make tiramisu. Alright, our next step after we put our sugar and egg
yolk combination with the mascarpone cheese and we mix it together, we want to fold in
this beautiful egg white. Just put it all in there. It's going to make the cream become
very light and delicate. It's all the air and the bubbles in it. Just like a cloud.
Otherwise it would be too heavy with just the egg yolk and the sugar and the mascarpone.
You just want to turn it just very lightly. Because the whole mission is to keep this
cream nice and light. Okay, you can listen to the sound, you can hear the sound, actually
little bubbles. And you want those bubbles to stay as much as you can, but you also want
to make that color uniform for your tiramisu. And by the way, what does tiramisu mean? Well
tiramisu means, raise me up, lift me up, just like the clouds. Maybe that's why. It looks
like a cloud. You want to be lifted up and you know what lifts you up. This thing right
here. Espresso coffee. If this doesn't lift you up, Believe me nothing will. Makes me
happy just to smell it and look at it. I could not live without my espresso. Okay, look at
this. There you go. It's all done.
