Lets go back to Kosa for just a moment. We can do this from tsuki but I want to have
you guys get the practice of load up. So this technique is going to be Kosa Koshinage okay
nice and easy. Let's go over here. So from here kosa tori if any of you've had karate
experience raise it up. Maybe do a punch okay. I like to grab his hand okay. Then I'm going
to take my back leg and stick it right between his. This comes over my hip, I'm going to
get down and pick him up. Okay so nice and easy up atemi, in, get down, let him go okay.
Let's get that right. Okay? Enter, I want you to lower your hips, put them up against
his thigh. We're going to start to do a windmill here just until he comes up okay. What we
really want to do is get him right across our belt or right across the koshi ita on
the comma. So enter cutting in right to the, from here you should be able to lock ground
pretty much all day. Nice and easy right no big deal. Now its just a matter of turning
the hips to get him back up. So from here up enter hip against his thigh and get it
a little low. Then do a windmill until he comes up. Okay just hold him right there.
