Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and
on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make hot links. Okay now we are
ready to start grinding our meat. We are going to take our meat in little pieces that we
cut so that they would fit and let's turn this on it might be hard to hear me but I
try to talk louder. Putting meat inside the grinder and like I said we are looking for
a coarse kind of grind like this. Let's keep going. And you are going to
have to use a food pusher to get this to keep it going through because it is not just going
to suck through automatically so you are going to have to put a little pressure on this to
make sure that you get your meat to come through here. So we would finish grinding our meat
here and I will see you at the next step.
