So as you've set your feet, your firm foundation, check your forward knee cap to be sure it's
directly over the second toe. When you inhale you want to lift up from the tail bone up
through the crown of the head, when you exhale, slide right along the horizon. So you're reaching
along a counter, counter top, reaching for something at the other end. You can inhale
and come back up. We're just going to warm up into this. Press the hips backward toward
that rear leg and slide the torso over that counter tip, counter top rather, reaching,
lengthening. Inhaling, coming back up to vertical, spine coming straight up from the pelvis.
Exhaling, reaching, reaching, hips moving backward, torso moving over that forward leg,
reaching, reaching. You can warm up as many times as you feel you might need to. This
is going to loosen the hips, reach the shoulders.
