Pork knuckle in beer
Ingredients: 4 knuckles 1 tablespoon ground pepper 8 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon of cumin 2 teaspoons of salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup broth 500ml light beer 3 grains allspice 1 bay leaf
