My name is Fredrik, I'm 15 years old, My favorite color is... Blue! My hobbies is listening to music, Rock mostly, Parkour and Skating! I started with parkour because it looked like fun! And it really is. Really fun doing flips. Don't do too many flips, You'll get dizzy! And it ain't no fun twisting your ankle D: My favorite flips are, Roundout backflips, Wall-flips, Gainers and cheat gainers Cheat gainer is basically kicking up while doing a backflip, Gainer is backlip while jumping forward, Wallflip is kicking the wal while doing the backflip! And a roundout backfilp is.. Yeah, A roundout backflip! :D A roundout is when you do a cartwheel, While kicking the air in the face! Alright then.. A roundout.. You smoking? Yes, Unfortunately..
