On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the Hip Hop Dance Conservatory here in
NYC. Today we're going to bring you reggae dance hall moves. Now once you have your upper
body loosened up, now you want to come down to the lower body. You want to start doing
your waist isolations, what these waist isolations really are it's actually your pelvis. Your
pelvis is just from here straight down here that V shape there that is where your pelvis
is and that is what you're going to be isolating. So we're going to do side to side and then
front to back, observe. (dancing) Remember you want to isolate that part. You don't want
to move anything else. You want to isolate that pelvis, side to side now she's going
to go front back front back. Make sure your knees are bent front back front you want to
groove with the music, front back side side front back side side.
