I want to tell you about a young woman who was 90 pounds who came to us after she was
tasered by the police three times when she admittedly posed no threat to the security
or safety of the police officers. My name is Michael Hill and I practice in the area
of excessive force at Spangenberg, Shibley and Liber law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. This
woman came to us shortly after she was abused by the police. She was in the throw of a medical
emergency and her car swerved across the center line. She was pulled over for a relatively
routine police stop. Once she got out of the car, she was tasered three times, placed in
handcuffs, forced to go to the hospital for several days. She came to us and we brought
suit against the municipality and we were able to recover for her. If you believe that
