make one at home in minutes? You will need Water Rubbing alcohol and a freezer safe,
resealable plastic bag. Step 1. Mix three parts water to one part rubbing alcohol, which
keeps the water from freezing into a sold block. Step 2. Pour into a sturdy, resealable,
freezer-safe plastic bag and seal it carefully. Step 3. Pop it in your freezer for at least
