My very first time surfing was probably here down in Hanalei, with my dad. He just pushed me in and it was an amazing feeling. IÕve been hooked on it ever since. What makes Kauai different is itÕs beauty, the people are nice and the waves are so good. ItÕs a perfect place to be, I think. The local community is nice and everyone is friendly, itÕs one big family. For visitors that want to surf, taking lessons is fun, especially down in Hanalei; itÕs so beautiful and nice. ThatÕs always a special thing to do. Kauai means everything to me, itÕs my life. Surfing and family. I just love it, thereÕs no place like it. ItÕs the best place on earth.
