Today i am going to show you recipe for Sprout chaat.
This chaat can be made for people of all ages.

To make Sprout chaat you need..
we have taken 1 bowl of green gram, moth beans, chickpeas sprouted, and soaked peanuts all cooked.
1 tomato finely chopped
1 tbsp corn either cooked or raw, as per your choice.
One onion finely chopped
One table spoon coconut
2 green chillies finely chopped
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Black pepper powder half a teaspoon
Chat masala half a teaspoon
Mint and coriander leaves for decoration or as per your taste.
So lets start making Sprout chaat.
Lets take the sprouts first
As we know, kids or elders, no one likes eating sprouts.
But now the rainy season is here,
when the whole family sits to watch TV in the evening.
sprout chaat makes a perfect snack for such occasions
It is very nutritious
Lets see what all goes in it.
Green gram, moth beans, chikpeas and soaked peanuts, all cooked.
So now we have transferred all the sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
This recipe doesn't require any additional cooking
Even if you will instruct people at home to just boil the sprouts
they can prepare it easily by cooking sprouts in pressure cooker or on open vessel within few minutes.
Add finely chopped tomato to mixing bowl
1 onion finely chopped
sweet corn either boiled or raw.
Sweet corn can be consumed raw if you like.
Lets add fresh coconut grated 1 tablespoon
2 green chilies finely chopped
If you don't like chilies you may omit them from the recipe
Salt as per taste.
Little bit of chaat masala for 'chatpata' taste
Small bit of black pepper powder to make it little spicy.
and lemon juice.
Its spicy , its tangy
We have some fresh mint leaves here
One important tip
Mint leaves change their color if chopped by the knife
so, to prevent that, we will just tear the leaves by hand.
It tastes good when you get a fresh mint leaf in a bite.
and our favorite, coriander.
such an easy recipe!
so in the evening, while watching cartoons they can feast upon this delicious chaat with their friends.
Lets mix this well.
Tip
You can also add finely chopped carrots, cabbage or capsicum
You can add green chili chutney to this chaat for a change of taste
Or add curd and sprinkle some sev on the top of it.
It tastes good with all these variations. you can make it as per your choice.
Its good for health conscious youngsters.
