heat a kadai
add 11/2 tbsp of oil
when oil is hot add 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic
then add 1 tbsp spring onion white
add finely chopped capsicum
now add 1/2 tsp celery
saute for few seconds
now add finely chopped cabbage ,beans and carrots
saute for few minutes
if u want to add egg ,heat oil in a pan ,add egg salt d pepper ..scramble and add to fried rice
now add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder or according to ur taste
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp white vinegar
small amount of salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp sugar
then add cooked chicken
cook chicken along with salt and pepper
saute for few seconds
now add cooked rice
cook rice along with salt .. strain and allow to cool
then keep in the fridge for min 2 hours or over night
it will help to get the right consistency .. won't stick together it its cold
if we add hot rice ,it will stick together and become mushy
check the seasoning .. adjust according to ur taste
cook this rice in high flame for 2 minutes
if u want mixed fried rice , u can add prawns or any meat by cooking along with salt and pepper
fried rice is ready .. garnish with spring onion greens
sprinkle 1 tsp of sesame oil
