Party Planner: Thanksgiving Potluck Brussels Sprouts
Hi, I'm Kristin,
and what I absolutely love about potlucks is everyone getting together and bringing a little something
that's unique to them, showcasing their creativity using food.
Potlucks are such a fun time for everyone to gather together,
and I feel like you really end up with a table full of eclectic foods that are just so unique and
different, and of course potlucks are a great time to get together with friends and family and share.
One of my favorite dishes to bring to a Thanksgiving potluck,
are my Uncle Jack's brussels sprouts. They are absolutely delicious.
The brussels sprouts that my Uncle Jack is known for will turn the brussels sprouts
hater into a brussels sprouts lover. I think what makes these so unique are all the ingredients combined
together. I would never think to put artichokes together with Brussels sprouts but the two of them together make an
amazing dish.
I can't lie to you though, the butter
and the cream that goes into this dish
also make it just rich and delicious. As everyone knows Brussels sprouts are a vegetable, so along with
your turkey and your mashed potatoes and you're stuffing and all of the other
traditional essential, Thanksgiving potluck foods,
you have a great vegetable on the table as well,
and it adds great color to the Thanksgiving table.
Please enjoy all that you make for your potluck, especially this wonderful Brussels sprouts recipe. Happy Thanksgiving.
