Trianga Mukhaikapada Paschimottanasana, three limbed head to knee pose. We're going to start
off by extending your right leg into Janu Sirsasana, head to knee pose. Then we're going
to take your left leg, and turn it over into Virasana. So you want to get your calf out
of the way. The other thing that you need to give a lot of attention to is that the
front that this foot is turned over, so that you're able to ground the baby toe and big
toe over time. The other thing that you're going to see in this pose as that's turned
over is that you're leaning to one side. If that happens, you need to take a block, and
lift the side that you're leaning to. So you're going to take your time in this pose, grounding
the big toe, baby toe, lengthening your spine. The new inhales lifts both arms, exhale, always
hinging from the hips, leading with the sternum, coming into the forward fold. This pose takes
some time to create flexibility in this knee. Let's be sure that the pose is about lengthening
the quadricept, and not discomforting your knee. We'll repeat this pose on both sides.
