Today on this 1994 Club Wagon, Full size van we are going to install part number V74080
from Valley. First off we will show you where the hitch mounts up on the frame of the vehicle.
The hitch will use these first two holes in the frame, closest to the bumper. Here and
here. And we will use the hitch as a template to drill our last hole that is going forward
toward the front of the vehicle. We will go ahead and install the hardware for the first
two holes. :27 First off we will use the 1-3/ 4 bolt and
block, we want to set that into the frame. Working our way forward our first bolt is
going to be 2-1 /4 inch carriage bolt, use the same type of block. And then the final
hole going toward the front of the vehicle, use the 1-3 /4 bolt. We will do
the same thing back on
the drivers side frame rail.:47
