I am a cook, a chef and a home caterer
and I particularly enjoy the Sweet Bordeaux.
An easy recipe
with few ingredients easy to find:
shallots, oysters, scallops
some herbs: coriander, basil, dill, parsley.
That's all we need!
Salt, a little pepper, olive oil
.. what everyone has in the closet.
Chop the scallops
in dices
and we will do the same thing with the oysters.
Mix thoroughly.
You will then have a Saint-Jacques and oysters tartare
like this
