areas of your lives together so before we get started with today's topic which is Eating
Right, Eating Healthy so was voted by all of our viewers yesterday So let take a moment
begin breathing more slowly, become appreciated of our lives of our body when something like
the lockdown in Boston is happening I know I find it difficult to concentrate and to
go to life which is a normal day even if it's not impact me directly knowing that this is
happening in a few short hours away is very discerning and just for those of you who might
not be up to date. According to CNN one of the bombers from the Boston Marathon have
been caught and killed the other is still on the run. An officer was killed in the process,
the other is in critical condition so when we're talking about eating right eating healthy
it might seem like a extremely mundane or trivial topic in like of what happening out
there in the world of course it's just not in Boston act of terror is taking place all
over the world but we can use this heinous tragedy to take a moment and have some perspective
in our lives If there is a silver lining to all of this, I think that what it probably
would be it's perspective to realize whatever bothers us on a daily basis whether we're
sitting in traffic or recording some goals while at work as we wanted it to or we broke
our diet and now we're upset with ourselves. These things become so trivial, don't they?
In like of something as terrific as the Bombing of the Boston Marathon, so today with our
topic which is eating right eating healthy we can come through this topic from a place
of higher perspective because we do have to continue living we have to continue on and
if we do it from a place of higher perspective it helps our subconscious to absorb the message
even faster so with all of that in mind let go ahead and get started. Close your eyes
And just being breathing long slow deep and relaxing breaths. Five seconds in and holding
it for five seconds exhaling slowly for five seconds and holding it for five seconds.Thats
right allowing the music allowing your slow deep breathing to take you down even further.
You can go ahead and just begin to imagine your favorite color surrounding you and whether
you see it or feel it or know its there. simply telling yourself I am imagining my favorite
color all around me. we'll begin to calm and allow yourself to relax even deeper. And no
in just a moment I'll begin to countdown from ten to one. and with each and every decreasing
number you feel your relaxation doubling and you can silently repeat the counting down
to yourself. Ten I amd gon g deeper and deeper, nine I am going deeper and deeper, eight I
am going deeper and deeper. seven i am going deeper and deeper, six I am going deeper and
deeper. Five I am going deeper and deeper. Four I am going deeper and deeper. Three I
am going deeper and deeper. Two I am going deeper and deeper and one I am going deeper
and deeper. Go ahead and feel into that velvety darkness behind your eyelids. You should find
that your eyelids are becoming very very heavy. You try to open them just to find that they
just don't want to open. The harder you try the less they want to open so you stop trying
and you go even deeper. Thats right. And at this point you can go ahead and imagine your
favorite color all around you again. And become aware of your heartbeat, and become aware
of heartbeat inside of your chest. And just notice what a miracle that heart is. It just
beats on it own without you telling it too. Become aware of your breath and how wonderful
it is to breathe and that you breathe easily and effortlessly all day long without ever
having to think about it. Become aware of both of your hands by bringing all your attention
and awareness to your hands. Now that you bring all of your attention and awareness
to your hand, you may notice some throbbing you may feel them tingling you may feel the
heat emanating from both of your hands simply become aware of the aliveness within you become
aware of this incredible life that you have inside this incredible body you may notice
that the food that you eat becomes this body the food that you eat becomes this body Every
seven years our cells completely 100% regenerative and the food that you eat becomes not only the fuel you use to experience
life but the food you eat physically becomes this new cell. Taking a nice deep letting
go breath feeling tremendous appreciation for the life that you have feeling tremendous
appreciation for this body which function on it's own Begin to imagine the type of fuel
the type of cellular blueprint you would like to ingest leafy green vegetables, fresh organic
fruit, if you choose to eat meat making sure that it's lean and the appropriate serving
size Then you imagine feeling your precious body, your precious life with these wonderful
healthy food Just notice how much better you feel already your body tells what kind of
food it wants and what kind of food it doesn't want When you eat sugary, salty, fattening,
disgusting artery clogging food your body is swarm with depression, with being lethargy,
with disease, with broken out skin and acne. Your body is telling you every day the kind
of fuel it wants so taking another nice deep letting go breath repeat after me I feed my
body with the food that it most crave, healthy food Food is fuel and I fuel my body with
the highest grade food Food is fuel and I fuel my body with the highest grade food Food is fuel and I
fuel my body with the highest grade food That's right and now taking another nice deep letting
go breath feeling wonderful already knowing the healthy choices you going to make for
your mind, your body, and your life today Feeling grateful for your body, grateful for
