Welcome to our booth!
I really wanted to create a booth,
which was not only mechanical.
My objective was to tell a story:
the story of the Poinçon de Genève,
celebrating 127 years old this year.
In the same time we launch a great new movement
from the Excalibur family.
I used this opportunity to create the association with
the Excalibur and the Eagle - the symbol of Geneva.
An Eagle which, combined with the key and the crown,
is the symbol of the Poinçon de Genève.
A seal created by the City of Geneva to protect
the swiss know-how and excellence
against the other parties willing to
use this incredible success around the swiss - more specifically Genevan -
watch, movement and expertise.
We can already see the walls
in line with the Excalibur theme.
We will also add one of the 12th century flag:
the trees.
They will be full part of the decor.
Then, inside the main room,
we will have the Excalibur 45 surrounded with swords
- accordingly to the theme Excalibur -
as well as the Excalibur 42, already presented in 2012.
Still associated to the Excalibur theme,
we tried to play with the accessories
used by the Warrior.
Finally, the Excalibur 36,
the woman collection, we got inspired by the time
when Warriors would receive love letters written with feathers.
Here are the wonderful creepers.
Decorating the outside as well,
they represent the wood, the wild side and
this is why we used materials giving a scary and adventurous feeling.
Here we are. The Eagle is finished.
The booth is done. Everything is set!
Now we are waiting to welcome you!
