So how does Aria Systems ensure our customers are successful?
That's a great question.
We've got three ways that we do it. Of course first of all in the product itself.
We've built a lot of capabilities to track and monitor customer activity so we
know what customers are using a product how much they're getting out of it.
So it's kinda the foundation.
We also have a customer success organization that really focuses on three things.
One is uh,excellent implementation,
then ongoing support, and then customer advocacy
where we actually invite customers in to
learn best practices and understand how to get the most out of their system.
