This is a Brandy Vermouth Cocktail. Go ahead and put your ice in your glass to start out
with. This is a pretty simple cocktail. We're going to do one and a half ounces of sweet
vermouth. Sweet vermouth very different from dry vermouth, so make sure you have the right
one. Dry vermouth is clear, sweet vermouth is like this reddish color. That's the big
difference. Now, we're going to do two ounces of brandy. There we go, there we go. And,
about a dash of bitters. So, that's probably good. Bitters goes a long way. Shake this
all up, mix it up really good, really cold. You want to mix this up really cold because
it's basically just liquor. I mean a dash of bitters isn't, can't really be considered
a mixer. Here's your cocktail glass, your martini glass. Go ahead and strain, it on
in, and that is what your brandy vermouth cocktail is going to look like. Cheers.
