SUNDAY. IN THIS CASE

APPLEGATE SAYS THE
MAN BECAME MORE
BOLD... EXPOSING
HIMSELF TO AN ENTIRE
FAMILY. in that incident he
emerged from somewhere
in the park... was nude...
mastrubated in front of a
woman and her children...
as well as other women in
the playground.
OFFICERS FLOODED
THE AREA SOON
AFTER... BUT THE
PERSON DESCRIBED AS
A WHITE MAN IN HIS
EARLY 20'S ... ABOUT 5-
6, AND 130 POUNDS
WAS LONG GONE.
THIS WAS THE 7TH
INCIDENT SINCE THE
END OF DECEMEBER.
THREE OF THEM
HAPPENED JUST LAST
WEEK. i can tell you right
now that all of the available
resources that we have in
the investigation unit are
devoted to capturing the
subject. DETECTIVES
ARE FOCUSING ON THE
NORTH AREA OF
MODESTO... BETWEEN
RUMBLE ROAD AND
MCHENRY. THESE FOUR
LOCATIONS ARE
WHERE THE MAN HAS
FLASHED AND IN SOME
CASES TRIED TO
SEXUALLY ASSAULT
THE 7 WOMEN. NOW...
THE ATTACKS HAVE A
LOCAL RADIO STATION
TRYING TO ORGANIZE
AN EVENT CALLED TAKE
BACK OUR TRAILS. you
shouldn't be under seige...
it is not this guy's park it is
our park...so we are just
re-claiming our park.
