Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I'm going to show you how to make French onion soup. We're back. It's been about 20 minutes
of that simmering. We removed our soup from the burner. I'm going to grab our baguettes.
Nice and toasted. Beautiful. Come on over to the table. We're going to show you just
how to put this together. Remember, whatever you use, it has to be stoneware or cookware
that can go into your oven or it'll just break. Make sure it you definitely use stoneware.
We're going to use a nice heaping scoop. Look at this. Look how beautiful. Make sure your
bay leaf doesn't go in here. I'm going to fill the bottom with the soup. It's so good.
It's great on a winter's day. Right now, we're in New York City. We've actually been having
some warm weather, but this would bring the kids in any day when it's real cold outside.
