In this segment we are going to be doing a movement called scoop the sea and look up
at the sky. We're going to move forward and back. Now when you do this movement you want
to, what you want to try and avoid is folding at your waist. You want to try and keep somewhat
of a straight line between the top of the head and the back foot. So we come here and
we cross the hands, it's just scooping the sea, we inhale now we straighten our front
leg bend our back leg. We lift the arms look up at the sky inhale, palms face each other.
Now we come, the arms come around we come forward again scooping the sea. When we scoop
the sea we're exhaling, when we are rising we're inhaling. Don't have to lean back too
much just look up at the sky, open yourself up and then come forward and again be careful
not to fold at the waist. Then you can switch to the other side, scooping the sea, straightening
the front leg, opening up inhale and then exhale and allow yourself to come back to
that position.
