We're going to explore Utkatasana, which is chair pose, or fierce pose. We're going to
get this pose done starting off in Tadasana, mountain pose. Our first job is to take a
look down at your feet. I'd like you to lift all ten toes, and separate the toes. You're
going to pause again for another moment, that you feel the inside of your foot as equal
as the outside of your foot, as equal as the center of your heel. So you're going to need
to play with how you're going to get that done, and then you can drizzle the toes back
into the earth for more support. We're going to use an inhale to just bring yourself so
that you're sitting into a chair. Let's shift the weight back into your hips, and let's
take a look at your knees, because your knees have the ability to come in and come out.
But we want to form a straight line from the hip to the knee to the ankle. And with an
inhale, we'll lift both arms up to the sky, and with an exhale, you'll release your shoulders
down, building lots of strength and heat in the body.
