What Is House Music Anyways?

House music is an uptempo style of Disco music characterized by deep bass ryhtms, it' s piano [stutters] - or synthesizer melodies and Soul music singing, sometimes with elements of Rap music. It's House music because it... is - I don't know what people consider a house. For me - I mean, that comes from the soul. Something that should be played in a home, when you're having a party - But it could be outside too. Likewise. It's called House music because it was originally played at a venue called the Warehouse where Frankie Knuckles was a resident. And so when people started selling records that he would play the abbreviation was cut to House music. Even though it was tracks played at the Warehouse. Move - might move down here. That's where I feel it. You know, you gotta shil the *** off. Good. You have to dance, if you don't dance then you have no soul. It's like the best part of music on the planet, you know? It is the world to me, honestly. It's one thing to talk about it but it's a whole other thing to... I don't know, express it. Italo House, Brit House, *** - Euro House. Tech House. Glitch House, there's *** Minimal House, there's - Trance, Dubstep, Trap, there's - too many to name, I just call it EDM. Pure Love House. Space House. Pure Dark Love House. I'd create some sort of Rock House. Put some electric guitars on it. Make it sexy. Pure Dark Love, 6 AM Rave House. Future House. Play House. Pure Dark Love 6 AM...
