hey guys I'm back with another video today someone has asked me in my juice
they all my juice page what do you do when you're on a juice fast as long as
you have been 76 days and you have to go to dinners with friends and family and I
told them flat out that there's one or two things that you can do you can
either bring your juices to the gathering of the dinner and that has to
be respected or you just don't go into you're strong enough to find it in
yourself that you're not going to let the pop the food or the smell of the
food over a shadow what you're trying to do those are the really the only two
options you have you know sometimes it's best to stay away from people places and
things because what you need to look at food like you look at drugs it's a drug
and then till you get control over that drug you can't sometimes be in those
kind of social settings and you know that you can I mean if you had control
via food you wouldn't be overweight or you wouldn't have any health problems
behind it so the best thing I think to do is to
stay away from those kind of social settings for a little while I don't mean
forever because you have to be able to be around people places and things
because that's all that it might but as you're trying to get the will to one
stay on the fast for a long term to gain the benefits reap the benefits from the
juice fast you also have to make sound decisions that make sense
you know if you go to a dinner and they have the kind of food that you would
like to eat you're gonna eat so don't put yourself in those kind of situations
where you're setting yourself up to feel because once you fall off of the juice
sometimes nine times out of ten people don't go back on the juice fast and you
know you put in all this hard work and effort for what to eat food that you can
eat after the juice baths you know yield your results from your longtime juice
fasts get yourself healthy and then go back to food and make better choices but
while you're on a juice fast I would suggest that you stay away from social
settings like that where you're going to be tempted to eat food because it's just
not worth it you know this is about your health and your life and getting your
wellness and those things will be those desserts those dinner parties they'll
always be there but you know we only get one life and you know we just want to be
able to take care of ourselves while we're here you know so the best
thing to do is when you're on a juice fast my opinion is to stay away for some
time away from those social settings because know as humans you're going to
want to eat so I don't want to make this video too long I just want to do another
check-in video for day 76 I kind of like to do a few videos a day just for
motivation that if I can do it you could do it I would just like to say for you

maybe there's somebody that you know that should be on a juice fast
that's not eating right and their body is real toxic help you know change their
