Richard Blackwood wants Ricky Norwood's character to return to the soap
EASTENDERS is known for bringing characters back from the dead and Arthur 'Fatboy' Chubb (Ricky Norwood) could be the next resurrected character.
Fans were left shocked and saddened when the loveable Walford resident died in case of mistaken identity.
However, there could be a chance that Fatboy is alive and well and could make a comeback to tie in with the revelation that Claudette Hubbard killed him.
Planting seeds of speculation, Richard Blackwood, who plays the role of Vincent Hubbard, told the Daily Express: "I would love for him to come back.
"Myself and Ricky have been friends for 16 years so just in terms of a friendship, I would love him to come back."
We would too!
Insisting that it could be a viable storyline, Richard continued to comment: "The thing is they've done it very successfully before so it can be done.
"I think now, with TV in general but especially EastEnders, you always know that they will have another plan."
We wonder what the soap bosses are planning.
While viewers will have to wait and see if Ricky will return to the soap, someone who will be making a comeback is Claudette.
Despite leaving the Square in the latest episode, actress Ellen Thomas hinted to fans that they haven't seen the last of the villainous character.
We can't wait!
