JOHN: The Internet can be your own personal language
translator by using Google Translate.
Let me show you what I mean.
Start by going to google.com/translate.
In the box on the left, type what you want
to have translated.
Use this drop down menu to choose the language you
want, then hit Translate.
If you can't read Greek characters, you can listen to
the translation, or click Read Phonetically to see
it spelled out.
Google Translate can even help you read entire web pages in
languages that you don't speak.
Let's say you want to know the top headlines
in Spain right now.
Just type or paste the website address in the box in the left,
and make sure that you've selected the language you want
from the drop down menu.
Click on the link on the right, and yep, there
it is in English.
It's not perfect, but you'll get the gist.
Google Translate works with over 50 languages.
Useful, huh?
