My experience here at DirectBuy of Phoenix West has been an excellent experience. I worked with Michael designing my kitchen. He was so patient. I came in with ideas but he just made them better. Together we were able to put together the kitchen that I've always wanted. He recommended a certain cabinet style and we were able to put together two different cabinet styles, one for the island and one for the rest of the kitchen. It turned out absolutely gorgeous. After starting on the kitchen project, it only made sense to keep going. We added wood flooring to the whole house, then knocked a wall down between the kitchen and the living room, then I wanted a fireplace. DirectBuy Peoria also carries the direct vent gas fireplaces. I ordered that and also had the contractor also install the fireplace unit too. It really changed the whole house, the whole look. It started just with, "I need to do something with my kitchen." it was a great experience. Amanda was great helping me order everything. Russ came in and he helped out with a granite issue. They were just there the whole time. I felt very supported. It was just a great group of people to work with. Yes absolutely, I would recommend them, in fact during the process, my neighbors actually joined DirectBuy. I would definitely recommend them. You really do save a lot of money. I had one experience where I actually checked to make sure. That was with a desk and a bookcase I purchased. I checked the prices with DirectBuy Phoenix and that was with everything, taxes and shipping and everything. I had previously, before I even had DirectBuy in my life, ordered through North Carolina where you can get furniture direct. I called the same person and it was cheaper to go through DirectBuy Peoria than it was to the North Carolina outlet. I felt very secure then in knowing that it wasn't just advertising, it was actually for real. There is quite a savings. Definitely, you will save that immediately with a large project. I think sometimes we think, or we start off with, "maybe I'll just order a TV or pots and pans or smaller items." then, it's like as time goes on you realize that you want to do more, maybe flooring, maybe windows, maybe solor, you need a new hot water heater. I'm currently looking at those tankless water heaters now, as mine is ready to be replaced. Over time your home always need updating and different products. You will, if you do a big project, you saved immediately, but over time if you're doing individual items, you will definitely save that membership fee. It's well worth it. Well worth it. I just found it to be very ... definitely advantageous. I had a really positive experience working with the people here. They were very supportive. You do have to do a lot of the work yourself, most definitely. You don't have a designer, necessarily, that's going to select fabrics or select things. You have to go and look to find what you want and then come to DirectBuy of Phoenix and pretty much tell them what you're interest in getting. That was not a problem. I got a lot of help here in doing that. I think that you, I found that I could go locally to some of the distributors that are supporting DirectBuy. I could look in showrooms and pick out products. You have to be ready to do that work yourself, but the money you save is so worth it. I would highly recommend joining DirectBuy Phoenix Westif you are thinking about a big project for sure, and even over time you will make up the money with smaller products too.
