Hi there! Here's a circuit which I've made for producing 50KV which is nothing but 50,000 volts or may be even more using an IC 555 timer circuit located on this white bread board which is located right over here. The circuit consists of potentiometers, capacitors, transistors and an integrated circuit...and.. an ignition coil....Of course, it's high voltage! This circuit is powered by a standard 12volt dc power supply unit. ..and here is a spark gap so that you'll be able to see the sparks coming out....at 50,000 volts Ok.. Let me turn the power supply ON Here, I'm using the potentiometer to increase.. ..or decrease the frequency of sparks. This spark can ignite some Butane gas too! You see! So, Let's make some random sparks Just for the hell of it...!
