Incident Reporting can start in Outlook, Internet Explorer or your favorite web browser, on your desktop, latop or any mobile device or tablet.
In Outlook select the Incident Management folder
Right click your mouse and select New Incident
Complete all Required fields (marked with a red asterisk) and select Save
After Saving an Incident Notification will be send to the selected Team (or individual)
Record the details of 1 or more injured people or witnesses
When a person is indicated to be injured fields for workers compensation reporting automatically become mandatory
After Saving the record an eMail Notification will be send to the selected Team (or individual)
Incident Reports can be opened from the link in the email in a web browser or or Outlook
Charts provide an instant record within the module or from the dashboard
Users can display records in a list, exported to Excel, or drill down for further analysis
