Avoid Creepy People on Facebook - Internet lifestyle network video challenge 20/100

Internet Lifestyle Network hey it's actually looking to see me here today is video number twenty my 100 a video challenge and basically i wanna talk to you today about a couple things on Facebook so the first thing is except teen bean kinda very particular about friends you select on Facebook and then also men talk to you the dow people who are creepy on Facebook okay so I'm back and first let me say right now I am in a hotel room its early morning I'm at Disneyland super excited we're about to go eat breakfast and go out but i wanna make sure I got my video and for the day so here I am okay first let's go ahead and talk about being selective about the friend requests that you do you accept so here's the thing what it comes down to it you can do whatever you want as far as friend requests okay so I have a few waiting in waiting for me right now let me tell you what I usually do this on any given day Internet Lifestyle Network I usually always have a handful %uh new friend request and I do not just accept everyone I do not confirm confirm confirm for I know some people do which is fine you know it's whatever whatever works for you but I do not just accept everybody because sent because I stop first of all I know that you're only allowed five thousand friends so I wanna make sure I am accepting people who you know I feel like for like minded there and my same industry that sort of thing and I also want to make sure that the people I'm accepting are not and you know kinda creepy either her you now something strange going on our site like that so let me just kinda give you an example I don't I don't even know who this is and but first when I go to see if I'm going to accept someone I always look at mutual friends so that tells me okay you know who else knows this percent while Internet Lifestyle Network I have one mutual friend I always really quickly go over to photos see if they have like some real pictures up and I always also go over you their time line and I see if they speak English sometimes on their time line you can tell if they speak English an and that's how I make my choice sometimes I even go and see I can find it like some other likes and you know to see if they'll they like the same some the same page as me is that tells me if they might be a like-minded person or they may be in the industry a to network marketing internet marketing team and that sort of thing okay an *** a look at the amount of their friends because some names people will have like 20 friends and sometimes even look at those people and I can notice like okay this person has friends at all when like something that's a red flag to dress like me anyways and I don't accept those people and so let's see what also I i certainly always look at this here there their profile picture nominee tell you because this person does not have a Internet Lifestyle Network picture themself here I automatically dolly I don't accept the friend request okay because hey you wanna bring yourself your face their and so I have no idea who this person is that I would be accepting and again for me that comes back to you I I'm selective about who I do accept because I half a dozen okay so I would do the same thing with these you know the rest these people are not going to do it on here right now but same sort of concept an and let me tell you this to you it only it literally only takes me and every so what i do it every couple days I will go through here and usually though be like maybe you know anywhere from 15 to 20 every couple days something like that and I will go through each profile honestly I only spend like maybe 30 seconds on somebody's profile I know right away and if it's you know somebody that I want to accept or not and I either accept or decline alrighty so and so that's something I just want to share with you I am selective about who I accept as my friends okay and let me give you another reason why so I've heard a couple people in the industry where somebody has gone and taken some pictures above them and basically posed as as that create a whole new profile and you know posed as that with the same name the same picture you know pictures and stuff like that so Anna I just you don't want to be a safe as a key n and of course i mean sometimes that's *** social media because it is social media and especially my industry I mean I do talk to a lot of people and connect with a lot of people all over the world so anyways I just want rights you of course be safe as possible and again I am selective about who I accept to connect with alright so one more thing on this video I'm someone on my team recently she she asked me I guess there's this guy it was kinda being a little just you now not appropriate being creepy that sort of thing and thing is you don't have time to deal with any of that okay and and you want to obviously you know avoid those situations as much as you could so I think this guy was like sending our messages that said like miss you and stuff like that she doesn't know the guy is so I told her I said during the message that go straight to his profile and block am so she wasn't sure how to do that so I showed her I'm just gonna go to my friends pages Jackie Kay don't worry Jackie I would never block you I'm but I do want to show people how to do that so okay so up for some friends with Jackie and but if I wanted to blocker I would come down here and I would click report black and and in you it asks you a shirt you want to block this person and then of course you say yes I'm but if you are not friends with somebody you will have that same option except UAE you know obviously want you at a friends at the check mark here instead an you'll just see this the little we all annual click that drop down and you can also do it here okay so you can block somebody that you are friends with you can block somebody that you are not friends with when you lock somebody you are completely invisible to them okay they cannot find you anymore are they can have anything to do it so if somebody is bean you now inappropriate especially mean of course this could happen emails as well Internet Lifestyle Network but I know you know with the mouse sometimes unfortunately it tends to happen more but if somebody is be an appropriate if they are bothering you if they're making you feel uncomfortable Facebook does have that feature to black them to do that because again you don't have time for people that XP weird okay I'm for see I think I covered all I want to say and but this this is what I just told you about creepy people and the nonsense like that that is one the reasons why I am very selective about who I do accept as front okay because I try to filter out that stuff as much as they can I so get that kind of stuff a lot but again the moment somebody starts do not nonsense or anything I just automatically block them so that's that's so I I think I covered all that I from from people I work with and stuff like that and they've asked me have you ever have a stable situation and unfortunately I have several times on me so that's kinda those are the things that I do
