We're going to demonstrate how open postures require an inhale and how postures that close
or move downward require an exhale. This is really important for Vinyasa yoga, as it expands
and contracts. And we're matching the breath with the movement. So, exhale please into
Dasana. Inhale, arms up, one. And exhale, your hands back by your sides. Now we're going
to do with the Ujai breath. Inhale, up, three, two, one, into Dasana. Six, five, four, three,
two, one. We're going to add a forward bend. Inhale, up, three, two, one. Forward bend,
six, five, four, three, two, one. To arms up, inhaling, one, two, three. And then back
to Dasana. Perfect.
