Alright, now that we have our shrimp marinade ready, we're going to take our shrimp and
dump them straight in to the marinade, so they'll coat. And we're going to be cooking
them in this sauce as well. So they don't really need to marinate over night or for
really that long of a time. This is a very flavorful sauce. Alright so we're going to
go ahead and prepare to cook our shrimp. So we're going to take our four cloves of garlic
and we're going to cut the ends off each and we're going to be getting rid of them so they
don't mix up with our final product. So go straight down and then across. And when you
can see the garlic riding up the knife, we're just going to pull that down with each one..oops,
that's why we have four. And then we're going to mince again. We do our last one and once
they're all chopped in to our rough pieces we're going to push them all together and
dice again. This way we're going to insure that we don't have any large chunks and that
the garlic is very nice and soft, when we saute.
