MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike with the Expert Village. And now we're going to talk about "Range".
Range is once again what we found in the block on the lower right-hand side of your character
card, and it's going to be gray. It will say range and they will have a number standing
right next to it. Now this number corresponds to a hexagonal triangle that you must be in
the range of to strike a certain creature. Now for instance, our Marro Drones, this guy
has a range of 1, which means the he must be standing right next to this creature to
attack it. Now the mere Marro Drone has a move of 6, so during your turn, you will move
him six tiles, two, three, four, five, six. And as you will notice that he is not standing
right next to this creature. He is actually one space too far away, so he will not be
able to attack this creature this turn. However, if the Marro Drone was just a little closer,
and had moved 6 spaces and ended up within one hexangle range of this creature, he would
then be able to roll-attack dice for an attack encounter.
