A wrongful death claim is any claim in which a person has died at the result of the wrongful
acts of another. Those acts can be in the form of negligence which is the unreasonable
conduct of another under certain circumstances. It can be the result of an intentional action,
or it can be a result of a reckless disregard for the safety of others.
Now, when we talk about a wrongful death claim, we are talking about a very large category
of potential claims. Those wrongful actions can be the result of a doctor, a nurse. It
can be the result of a hospital administrator or in a broader context; it can simply be
the result of a person driving their car in an unreasonable manner.
