Welcome To G-TV! Today I will be showing you the SanRex DF Series Three Phase Standard
Diode Bridges. The DF Series power diode module is designed for three phase full wave rectification,
which has six diodes connected in a three phase bridge configuration. The mounting base
of the module is electrically isolated from semiconductor elements for simple heat-sink
construction. Applications of the DF series include AC, DC Motor Drive, AVR, and Switching.
This Isolated mounting base diode has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of up to1600
volts with an output DC current of 100 amps, and a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.2.
The DF series has an operating temperature of negative 40 to 150 degrees Celsius, and
a unique glass passivation for a higher reliability. The diode bridge has screw terminal termination,
