Most couldn't. even if you have the money to financially support 22 children, you don't have the time to educate and teach your 22 children what they need to know to survive in this world. You can disagree if you want to but how many family's you know with 10 or more children where EVERY kid hit it out of the park. Now how many do you know that didn't.
