Mayor Lives on Food Stamps for a Week

this man greg stance and uh... decided to take a challenge to try out the snap program now post now of snap okay so hundred awareness month is coming up and uh... you know his constituents are saying you should go on food stuff footsteps to see what it's like to live on twenty nine dollars a week for the past week uh... i've lived on food stamps or lease the amount of money that you get for food stamps loss if you've got to sleep uh... so that gave the example of how we got about four pounds a during that period time parties now it's become a legitimate cup of coffee instead of uh... formula nora to make it through as part of hunger awareness month it was on a community action association ask the mayor ed others to take the challenge isn't terrible economy a lot of people are living on food stamps have been for worse all the middle class uh... they're a lot of people that have a job but they're significantly underemployed from what they used to so on the fourth day he said that she was having a really hard time focusing at work she says it is extremely hungry and tired and this is what many americans go through on a regular basis however you know republicans want to cut funding for the snap program their way to be even or in order to qualify for it they make the argument that well twenty nine dollars a week that's enough incentive to wanna remain poor so why would we want to do that yet by what poured a little high-minded twenty nine dollars so course and i want to sell the program course absence for supplemental nutritional systems program that's the news words that they have for food stamps basically and uh... it's funny because of that video was shot it looked like he was so i'll reserve for their could double moving down his own americanism viguerie right back paperwork but i would be alright and aman no jumping around i mean that's why it's really interesting indeed and i'm glad he did a because it helps you to advertise and you know me when i get hungry i take *** lose it and i i can't concentrate like he said it's not a mate are you kidding me if i had just coffee for a meal goodnight irene omigod you would tear this place apart no one one and i love this fiber ac and so delegates and so it goes to show you meant the the the lebanese easier of food stamps and uh... it's great to have someone in a position of power who actually gives a damn and tries it out so that he can realize what the enough effects of government policies now she is a democrat i would love to see if you republicans go on this program idea we've we've seen uh... you know different chefs tried that food assistance program just to see what it's like to live in this kind of situation but you never see republicans trying it out there always making the argument the twenty nine dollars a week is so much money and it's enough incentive to keep people poor really i'd like to see you live off twenty nine dollars a week and ect the grocery store in twenty nine dollars buys you nothing banaye and would make it through if you want to add two meals in l_a_ utility online luckily it to be a house you ended up you have to go in u literally have to make everything from scratch you can't even buy yogurt and i'm a sound like you know a prissy here but it just to give me an example you have to be very strategic about what you buy that you can't buy uh... individually wrapped yogurt you have to buy peaked publicly ocr because it's cheaper that way leaking no one thinks about these things you know except for people at twenty nine dollars a week to live off of
